Our Juvenile Handballers gave a good account of themselves in the recent underage County Finals held in Saval Sports and Leisure Centre (January 2013).
The girls, pictured above made history for Clonduff by becoming the first females from the Club to participate competitively in Handball (l to r) Niamh Fitzpatrick and Erin Rafferty (U12 Doubles) and Clara Cowan (U12 Singles).
The boys are: left: Connor Milligan (U13 Singles) and centre Patrick Cowan (U12 Singles).
Joey O’Hare and Daire Lavery (on the right of Patrick and Connor in the group photo) encountered very strong opposition in their U12 Doubles semi final which they lost but gave a great account of themselves. Patrick, Joey and Darragh just started playing Handball back in November 2012.
