CLONDUFF U14s WIN ST GALL’S TOURNAMENT SHIELD

Clonduff U14 Ladies Footballers ended their season on a high with a well deserved and long overdue victory in the much acclaimed Culbert Brennan Tournament at St Gall’s Belfast.
All girls deserve huge credit especially in the final against St Enda’s where extra time had to be played to determine the outcome of this very evenly matched contest. Winning by a single point when the final whistle blew the celebrations and relief was something this Clonduff team will remember for a long time. Just a pity there wasn’t any family members there to see the effort their girls put into this victory.
Joint Captains Alana Donnan and Shannon O’Reilly (both injured) were presented with the trophy in the clubrooms afterwards where the Clonduff Team and mentors were treated to a much appreciated meal.
