IT’S GOOD TO BE BACK HOME – APRIL 2021

U7 Hurlers – many of them pre-school

Monday 12th April 2021 was ‘Return to Train’ Day after the second four-month Lockdown due to the Coronavirus Pandemic – and how the occasion was welcomed by our members of all ages – from Senior in all four codes right down to pre-school age! And how kind was the weather!

P1/2 Camogie

Around 200 children in P1-P3 alone are participating and there are 40 teams from U9 (P4/5) upwards across the codes. Clonduff Park is a mighty busy place every evening and that is before the games start! On Saturday training commences at 8am and goes right through to 8.30pm – Sunday has a slightly shorter day 9am-3pm.

Throughout the month of April, Clonduff Club has been facilitating a ‘Drive-through’ Covid Testing Centre from 9am-3pm Monday to Friday – delighted we can accommodate and it doesn’t impact normal club activity.
