ERIN RAFFERTY IS GAELIC LIFE DUAL PLAYER OF THE YEAR 2019

Many Congratulations to 19 year old Erin Rafferty, who received a Gaelic Life Camogie Club All Star Award for her exploits at Corner Back with Clonduff Camogs on their run to retaining the Ulster Intermediate Championship in 2019. She joined her illustrious colleagues Paula O’Hagan (Midfield) and Sara Louise Graffin (Full Forward) in the All Star Team of the Year.

As well as having played every game for the Camogs she also played every game for Clonduff Ladies who re-emerged after a three-year absence to collect the Down Junior title. She had been nominated along with a Dunloy (Hurler/Football) and an Edendork (Camog/LGFA Player). The announcement of her selection came as a great surprise to many except her colleagues, family and supporters from Clonduff! An award fully appreciated by everyone who had witnessed her play both sports during the year!
