Pictured here are the young Clonduff U9½ Footballers and their mentors who, having won the Ulster title travelled to Athlone and took part in the All Ireland Finals on the weekend 13th/14th August. They can rightly feel hard done by when in their semi final they had a goal disallowed (for a square ball) and lost by a single point. In the 3rd place playoff on the Sunday the same fate befell them and lost by two points. Despite all this the children had a wonderful weekend and every child came home with a magnificent medal for reaching this stage. The team and mentors would like to thank sincerely everyone, including the parents who made the weekend possible!
