20 teams from Down, Armagh and Derry contested Saturday’s (27th May 2017) Gary Murray tournament in Clonduff Park and enjoyed a feast of football to a very high standard. The teams competed in the round robin stage in four sections before being graded into Cup, Shield and Plate quarter finals.
In the plate final Mayobridge Gaels defeated Clonduff Ogs.
In the Shield, Clann Eireann had a 4 point win over Shamrocks.
The cup Final was a closely contested match between Clonduff Gaels and Mayobridge Ogs with Mayobridge running out eventual winners by a single point.
Player of the tournament was Darragh Kane from Clonduff.
