30+ Senior Hurlers arrived in Gymtec in preparation for the upcoming season in the Down, Armagh and Ulster Leagues. Gymtec Proprietor Eamon, ably assisted by Instructor Gary will put the Panel through an intensive strength and conditioning programme for the next six weeks. Panel seems to have enjoyed the first session judging by the smiling faces that left Gymtec or maybe they were grimaces . Either way. Senior Panel will be at Gymtec for the next six weeks.
