The Annual VHI Cul Camp (sponsored by Club Down) was held in Clonduff Park from 1st to 5th August when 150 children aged 4-14 turned up for this great week of fun and skills in Football (boys and girls) and Camogie/Hurling. The weather was brilliant and the excitement was sky high on the Wednesday when our own Down Rose, Nicole Curran returned to the club where she was a very skilful Camogie player until she went off to University in England. Nicole also represented Clonduff in Solo Singing in the Scór na nÓg competitions.
Everybody in Clonduff wishes Nicole all the best in the ‘Rose of Tralee’ pageant which takes place on 22nd/23rd August, preceded by a week long festival including ‘The Rose Cup’ in which a Clonduff U13 Football team will be participating by invitation on Saturday 20th August!
