Congratulations to 13-year-old Emma Gallagher who received a Gaeltacht Scholarship from Down Co Cultural and Language Committee on Saturday 9th June. Emma, centre is pictured with Co Cultural/Language Officer Paula Magee, Co Chairperson Seamus Walsh and Sean Ennis (Down Senior Hurler and former Gaeltacht student). Emma is a member of the Clonduff U14 Camogie team, U16 Ladies Football team and is a juvenile Scór na nÓg dancer in both Ceili and Sets. Well done Emma!
Parents are reminded that Clonduff distributes small bursaries to juvenile members who will be attending Gaeltacht. Put a note in writing to secretary stating child’s name, dob and team he/she plays for.
