The weather was favourable, the movie was brilliant and the crowd was magnificent! The crowd far surpassed the attendance at the last ‘Outdoor Cinema’ and they certainly weren’t disappointed! The mums and dads, the teens and the grandparents as well as the tinies were spellbound with ‘Shrek the Movie, this family favourite and even some of them joined in the dancing at the end! People were there to savour the atmosphere which just has to be experienced! The hot chocolate, popcorn, burgers, hotdogs, soft drinks and crisps were very popular among the young and not so young and very much added to that community atmosphere. The complimentary comments have been rolling in!
We would very much like to thank the great army of helpers of all ages who helped make the night the great success, particularly those who helped clean up after! Well done everybody – you are just too numerous to mention and it would be a shame to omit someone by name!
