For all our elderly neighbours and those who are house-bound or self-isolating – the Clonduff Community Support Network is OPEN again and we are available to support our community during this third lockdown.
Window ‘Check ins’ and a simple telephone call kept our community safe in Lockdown 1 and we continue to offer that support.
