From 14th-20th June 2021, the Island of Ireland untied to ‘Make Connections’ for Men’s Health Week. Clonduff GAC got behind this initiative, placing a special focus on Men’s Mental Health and rallying as many male members of each code (Hurling, Football, Scór and Handball) to get involved. By doing so, it was hoped that this would encourage the male Gaels of Clonduff to Check-in with team mates and friends, Check-up on any health worries or concerns they may have and to Check-out what local supports are available. Through the platform of social media Clonduff promoted this key message throughout the week, in addition to hosting resilience workshops provided by PIPS Hope and Support.
