LGFA 20th CELEBRATIONS – PART 3 – EVENING RECEPTION

Founders – John A Gribben, Onagh McClorey (Nee Gribben), Johnny McAleavey, Stephen Branagan

The evening reception for the 20th celebrations was the first event held at the clubrooms in over two years and it was great to see the bar shutters open again for the great turnout of players, past and present and their families.

On arrival the ladies were treated to a glass of Bubbly, and then the fabulously talented musicians kicked off the evening event with ‘Ceol agus Craic’.
Thank you to all musicians in attendance: Liam Arthurs, John Cunningham, Joanne Grant, Paul Kelly, BJ Killen, Ciaran Mussen, Vivienne Mulcahy, Cormac McKay and Patrick Woods.
The night finished with a disco and all the ladies (and gents) danced the night away.
A fantastic way to celebrate 20 years of Ladies Football in the club.🎉🎉
The event wouldn’t have been possible but for the hard working efforts of a number of people putting the event together and volunteering on the day:
Thank you to the Ladies Event Committee – Brigid Quinn, Christine Grimes, Colleen McPolin, Janine Donnan, Joeleen McShane, Kelley Fitzpatrick, Leanne McAleavey, Lorraine McGinn, Louise Dickson, Maria Wilson, Martina Carvill, Michaella O’Hagan, Orla Gribben and Onagh McClorey.
A big thank you to the bar men: Anthony Morgan and Bernard Branagan, and special thanks to our ladies co-ordinator and PRO – Shereen Lyness and Niall Rafferty.
Finally, a big thank you to everyone who attended – it was a fantastic occasion and was great to see the massive support for the ladies Gaelic in Clonduff.
