As part of the National Referees Respect Day 2022 (23rd October) we in Clonduff were delighted to mark the occasion and thank some of our club referees.
Paddy Branagan was on duty for the final week of the Parish Hurling League while Kevin McGrath dropped in before heading to referee a game in An Riocht in the afternoon.

After the Parish League, Paddy spoke to the players and parents about the role of the referee, the work that they do to keep up to speed with the rules and physical demands of their role and the importance of referees in the game.
As a club we’d like to thank all our referees for the tough task they carry out on behalf of the club.
