About 120 kids of Primary School Age attended the three Camps in Clonduff Club on Tuesday 1st November. Such creativity and fun! Most of the youngsters would actually have liked more time than their allocated 2 hours – testimony to their enjoyment. Some of the creations were out of this world and some of the kids learned to play with Lego for the first time!
Many thanks to ActiBuild Lego Club for facilitating the ‘bricks and mortar’ and to the three coaches Judith, Brendan and Anthony. During each of the camps, Judith got the ‘builders’ briefly away from their work for a little bit of physical fun and games.
Certificates were presented for ‘Best Group’ Creation and ‘Best Individual’ creation so that the smaller creations were recognised just as much as the massive groups ones. As the children were leaving the camp they each received a doughnut from the Club.
