Juvenile Celebrations – Championship and League winning teams at U14, U16 and Minor and County Féile winners.An overdue celebration was held on Friday 3rd February for our double winning teams of 2022 at U14, U16 and Minor level. A total of 36 girls attended Bowling followed by Pizza and refreshments in the Clubrooms where committee members, parents and family joined the players for the presentation of cups and medals – along with the cutting of a Celebratory Cake.
Senior players Sara Louise Graffin and Jenna Boden addressed the players, congratulating them on their achievements which must be a first certainly for our own club. They also are looking forward to seeing some of the players on the senior panel this season and stressed the potential in the room and the importance of pushing on and achieving more in their playing careers whether it be with Club or County. Hard work and commitment will be required but with the support of the club, families and friends there is no doubt that the future could be very bright for these young girls.
