What a super Sunday (8th October) spent with our ‘professional’ and upcoming professional cyclists! So wonderful to see you all, thank you!
This most definitely has been a feel good factor ahead of World Mental Health Day on Tuesday 10th October.
A very special ‘thank you’ to Peter McPolin for creating a super family friendly route, and to Martin, Seamie and Paul for your expertise; to Gary Farrell for organising parking; Kieran Kelly for leading the cyclists out and back safely; Ciaran McLogan and Damien Henning for ‘tail-ending’ the cyclists and chauffeuring anyone home who required it (not many did). To Shane McPolin, Glynn McPolin, Bernard Brannigan and Ross Carr for securing entry on to all roads. And to our fabulous hostesses with everything you could possibly want on a Sunday morning! Thank you Mairead McLogan, Shauna Carvill, Christine Grimes and Anita Brannigan! We might just have created a new venture within Clonduff Club.
World Mental Health day is this Tuesday 10th October – so mind yourself and each other and be good to yourself!
Geraldine McPolin (Healthy Club Officer) organised the event and there were calls for more of the same!
