Niamh Morgan (4) and Síofra Hegarty (8) were playing members of the Sacred Heart Grammar School Camogie team that won the 24 team Celine McAteer Ulster Schools tournament on 28th October 2023.
Playing in atrocious conditions, Mrs McKevitt’s girls trailed in in the semi final in normal time, but both our girls defended brilliantly and the team battled back to win the semi final after extra time.
They pushed on to win the final playing some excellent Camogie.
Well done Síofra and Niamh, your team mates and your mentors on a magnificent achievement!
