Sunday 12th November, following the 9am Mass, the parishioners decamped to the nearby Community Centre for Coffee Morning/Set Dancing Fundraiser! Everyone just seemed to be there and others joined who were not at Mass!
There was enough food donated to feed the entire parish, including a great supply of freshly baked soda farls from Tooter Murnin!
The dancers performed for the locals and this was fitting as half the team is from the Cabra end of the Parish!
People were reluctant to leave and some had to be almost forcibly removed! But that was only after the draw was made for ‘Name the Teddy’! (See separate post)
