Hard luck but well done to the Clonduff Ladies Football team who had a great morning in Bredagh on Monday 6th May. They won all their group games beating Mayobridge, Cumann Peadar Naofa and St John Bosco.
However, in the semi final they just ran out of steam and available fit players – they had travelled with just one sub – the 16 girls that had travelled gave everything they had and played some really excellent football throughout the four games and just lost out by 1-1.
They and did themselves, there mentors, parents and club mighty proud. Keep up the great work girls there’s a lot of talent in this group!
