A massive well done to our U16 dual player Amy McAvoy who had no hesitation in pulling on the gloves in the ‘Battle of the Mournes’ among four girls from local Down GAA Clubs all in aid of Pips Charity.
The event was organised by Rathfriland Boxing Club and the Girls’ event was the ‘undercard’. It was a very successful fundraiser and well done to Amy for her bravery and no little skill.
