A young U12 Clonduff team travelled to Croke Park on Saturday 5th May with their mentors – Ursula Quinn, Eileen Hamill and Guinevra McGilligan (Clonduff Camogie Chair). They left the Clubrooms at 8am and upon arrival in Dublin spent the first part of the day in the Croke Park Museum and the second part on the Hallowed turf of Croke Park Pitch and took part in the Go Games playing against three other teams from different parts of Ireland – a brilliant experience for all involved. This was one of twelve such groups (48 teams) having been selected from all over the country – Clonduff was the only Down team.
