CHAMPIONSHIP FEVER HITS THE PARISH OF CLONDUFF 2011

In the run-up to the Championship Final, the local Primary Schools played a full part – they participated in the Art Competition (see photos elsewhere) and held a ‘Yellow Day’ when the children were encouraged to wear something yellow to show their support for the teams.

Big Breakfast
Our club hosted a very successful ‘Big Breakfast’ on Sunday 9th October, where our senior players greeted their young fans, whilst enjoying a tasty breakfast. There was an excellent turnout at the breakfast, and a very BIG thank you to everyone who helped, cooked and cleaned up – it was a brilliant morning for our Club – Well Done Ladies and Gentlemen.
During the Big Breakfast the Senior Players distributed certificates and ‘goodie bags’ to the U6 boys and girls who attended the FUNdamentals Programme on Sunday mornings but has now come to an end for the season.
