Club Chairman Brendan Murray is getting a ‘hand’ with his ‘Special Ediition Clonduff Tie’ from 125 committee member Orla Maginn, meanwhile Connor Donnan and Sarah Bloomfield fight over the last ticket available.
Tickets are all gone! Clonduff Ties are on sale in the shops, and each of the man attending the event is encouraged to wear the club tie! Why Not?
With only a few days left until the 125 Banquet, final preparations are underway to celebrate Clonduff’s 125th Birthday! It all happens on Sunday 4th November – the first recorded match involving a Clonduff team took place on 5th November 1887! The day will begin with a special MASS at 1pm in St John the Evangelist Church, Ballymaghery and everyone is welcome to come along. This is followed IMMEDIATELY by DRINKS RECEPTION at 2.30 pm and THE BANQUET beginning promptly at 3 pm.
Tickets for the Banquet SOLD OUT a few weeks ago, so for those lucky enough to get one of the ‘GOLDEN’ tickets for the event, a great day’s entertainment is guaranteed.
The Reception in the INF Hall will begin at 2:30pm sharp, and we ask that everyone go directly from Mass to the INF Hall as the live streaming of the event means we have a very tight schedule.
We are encouraging all the gentlemen attending to wear the special edition Clonduff Tie, and you can buy the tie in local shops.
There will be a photographer in the INF Hall to take professional photos of this spectacular one-off occasion, so if its a photo of everyone at your table or a romantic snapshot – be sure capture the moment.
Meanwhile get those yellow flags up around the Parish”
Happy 125th Birthday Clonduff – Its going to be a great party!!
