The Annual Mass for Deceased Members of our Club and their Families was celebrated on Wednesday 30th November in Clonduff Clubrooms.We thank all those who attended our Deceased Members’ Mass when we remembered those who died recently as well as those who went before us in the 135 years history of our Club. We particularly wish to thank Fr Charlie Byrne for celebrating the Mass, Eileen Mooney and Colleen Walls for the Music and singing; Martin Farnon as Eucharistic Minister; Brigid Quinn for the readings, Laurine Harper, Bronagh McAlinden, John Fegan, Dermot O’Hagan, Majella Kelly, Nicola Grant and Rosaleen McCartney for the Prayers of the Faithful, and young Jack McGreevy for the very touching Communion Reflection.
A big thank you Anthony Morgan for getting the tea ready and to Teresa Carr and Cathy Fitzpatrick for serving it; to Niamh Murray, Tommy Kelly, Brendan Murray and PJ Quinn for helping Anita Brannigan organise the evening.
