It was a fantastic day in Portaferry on Sunday 21st April 2024 in more ways than one! It was a gloriously sunny day and our U15 Hurlers were successful in claiming the Division 2 Feile Title!
First up for the lads in the Round Robin was hosts Portaferry. The lads were slow to get started with Portaferry scoring a couple of early goals and claimed the 2 points. Next up for the lads was the derby game against Liatriom. The boys in yella were now into their stride and with a fantastic display of first time hurling took the two points.
Next up was Ballygalget. The lads knew a win would put them into the final and they duly delivered with a commanding performance.
The Final was a chance to take on Portaferry again and reverse the result in the Round Robin. The boys kept the scoreboard ticking over with long range points and won by a single point.
