CLONDUFF GAA CLUB JOINS GAA ‘GREEN CLUB’ INITIATIVE

The GAA Green Club Programme is aligned to the objectives and actions of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These are 17 goals adopted by the UN in 2015 to help alleviate poverty and tackle climate change that must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve Health & Education, Reduce Inequality and spur Economic Growth.

The GAA/LGFA/Camogie Association is one of 12 organisations on the Island of Ireland chosen to Champion a select number of Priority Goals:
SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-Being
SDG 4 – Quality Education
SDG 15 – Life on Land
SDG 17 Partnerships for the Goals
