The League Final was the proverbial game of two halves in terrible conditions in Saval on Sunday morning – the wind was howling and the rain was pouring down. Clonduff played with the advantage of the elements in the first half and were 1-6 up close to half time then Ballyholland scored a goal. After the turn-around, the game belonged to Ballyholland – Clonduff managed just two points against the elements. They put on a great performance but the required 3-pointer just evaded them. Final score Ballyholland 2-7 Clonduff 1-8. Well done to the players and their mentors – John Boden, Sean Cowan, Mark McNulty and Sean Gribben.
