Well done to the girls and boy that took part in the ‘Legend of Clonduff’ which won the County title in St Colman’s College on Sunday afternoon. They now go forward to represent Down in the Ulster Semi Final in Banbridge Parish Centre on Friday 12th December against their counterparts from Armagh and Antrim. The script was written by Mary Grant and she and Jimmie Cousins coached the youngsters. This group has worked hard and obviously listened to advice of adjudicators when they were runners up in South Down Final last week!
Kayleigh McPolin missed out on the Solo Singing title by the narrowest of margins coming a very close runner up. The very young Set Dancing team also finished as runners up to the very experienced Ballyholland team!
