Best wishes to our neighbours Kilcoo on the opening of their new floodlit pitch on Friday 25th March 2011. Clonduff youngsters played their part in the celebrations – at half time in the main event (Kilcoo v Ulster Select) our U10 Boys played Burren U10s and our U12 Ladies played the local side for their very first game as an all-girls team! A great time was had by all!
The girls pictured above with Paula Cairns, have been playing their football in mixed boys and girls teams but the time time has come to register an U12 Ladies team in their own right. They began separate training on Sunday 27th March (25 girls turned up) and will take part in Ladies Blitz games.
