CLONDUFF’S 125 BOLEY PARADE 2012

On Sunday 8th July, Clonduff GAA Club were given pride of place in the Boley Fair Parade to mark their 125th year of playing Gaelic Football. The heavy rain in mid-morning had disappeared before all the GAA Club members had left the top car park. Those taking part represented all the field sports, handball, Scór from U6 right up to Social Footballers and they reached Hilltown Square without a spot of rain!

(Top) Leading off the parade with the new banner (created by Kieran Tumilty) are Senior Footballers Ruairi Lively and Finbarr McConville followed by the ‘Clonduffmobile’ (below left) lovingly created by Tommy Kelly and Peter Hamill (Tommy drove the tractor). Below right Kieran Kelly marshals the U6s followed by active members of increasing age ranges in all sports.
