Congratulations to Down LGFA minors who won the Ulster Bronze Final today (Saturday 4th May) beating Derry on a scoreline of 4-10 to 4-3 – the game was played in Crossmaglen.
Niamh McConville (Clonduff and Down dual player) was the Down captain and she led as a captain should collecting the Player of the Match award. Emily, who was returning from injury entered the fray as a sub in the second half and made a very telling contribution.
Well done Niamh, Emily, your team and mentors. You have done us all proud!
