The family fun quiz was a great success in the Clubrooms on Sunday 24th July. There were 13 tables representing upwards on 30 families. There was something there for all ages and it was indicative of what the evening was about when parents called their children in from the field to answer the questions! The real winners on the night were the youngsters that are going to Athlone to participate in the All Ireland Community Games Finals in August. On the night, however, the quiz winners and recipients of The Brannigan Family Perpetual Trophy were The Provincial Mix closely followed by The Harps while the winners of the Wooden Spoons were the Carnmeen Challengers.
