Clonduff Senior Ladies travelled to Dublin on Saturday to take part in the All Ireland Ladies 7s at Naomh Mearnóg for the first time in their history. They were placed in a very difficult group with Carrickmore (Tyrone champions), St. Brigid’s (Roscommon), Mountmellick Sarsfields (Laois) and Donaghmoyne (Monaghan champions). Even though they failed to win any of their group games, the team put in some great spirited performances and its safe to say that the Clonduff team had the best ‘craic’ in Dublin on Saturday with performances of the All Yellas ‘Haka’ failing to put fear into the opposition. Attention for three of the panel now turns to the U16 Championship final on October 16th in Kilcoo
