Ballyholland started the stronger and were three points up before Clonduff got to grips with their style of play. Clonduff rattled home a goal but coming up to half time The Harps had moved four clear and then Clonduff got their second goal! The half time score was Clonduff 2-2 Ballyholland 1-6. The Yellas quickly levelled at the start of the second half and then moved ahead. The Harps, however kept it close right to the end and Clonduff were defending like Trojans to keep them at bay.
