CLONDUFF SET DANCERS RETAIN THEIR COUNTY TITLE AND THE CLUB PICKS UP THE SCÓR CLUB OF THE YEAR!
Many congratulations to the highly talented members of Clonduff Club who represented their club onstage on Sunday afternoon 9th March 2025 St Malachy’s High School Castlewellan. With representatives in both Ceili and Set Dancing, Ballad Group, Solo Singing and Recitation, we picked up the Peter Keenan Memorial Cup for ‘Scór Club of the Year’ – the cup was presented by the late Peter’s granddaughter Nicole to Clonduff’s Cultural Officer Anita Brannigan.
When the results were announced, it emerged that our Set Dancers had once again retained their County title and will represent the county in the Ulster Semi Finals on Sunday 23rd March @ 2pm in Banbridge Parish Centre against their counterparts from from Derry, Cavan and Tyrone.
Clonduff will be further represented on Thursday 13th March in Tráth na gCeist (Quiz) in Liatroim GAA Club commencing 7.30pm – we wish them well!
