On Saturday 15th October our Social Camogie team travelled to the National Indoor Arena, Sport Ireland Campus in Dublin to take part in the inaugural ‘Caman n Chats’ National Blitz. A great day was had by all and even better when we were undefeated and topped our group. Our display on the pitch was noted by some of the other teams and numbers exchanged for a challenge. With us offering to travel!! Already looking forward to next year. Other teams in our group were: St Anne’s, Dublin, Craughwell (Galway) and Inniscarra (Cork). After all the camogie was concluded we travelled over to the Conference Centre for food provided by the Camogie Association and the ‘chats’ and all that went with the ‘chats’.
