Congratulations to Southern Regional College (SRC) and the two Clonduff Marks – Mark Downey and Mark Copeland – who captured their first Ulster Bank Higher Education Div 3 (over 18) Football title at the first time of asking at a rain-soaked Ballymun Kickhams on Wednesday afternoon 9th December 2009. SRC comprises players from the former Newry and Armagh Techs and they defeated Carlow IFE on a score of 1-15 to 0-8 – Mark Downey (2nd from left front row) scored 1-1 and Mark Copeland (Clonduff Minor Manager) was the joint manager of SRC.
