Clonduff U12 LGFA team finished joint top in their league during the 2014 season. The club presented every child with a medal following their last training session in Clonduff Park on Friday evening (10th October 2014). What a surprise awaited the children and their parents when they entered the clubrooms – there to meet them was the Mary Quinn Cup with Down LGFA members Lisa Morgan and Niamh McGowan! Most of the children and their mentors had witnessed the Down girls lift the cup on 28th September in Croke Park. Thanks Lisa and Niamh and mentors Paddy McCumiskey, Sarah Bloomfield and Kieran Kelly for organising this wonderful end of season surprise for the girls!
