The epic, tragic story of the goddess Brigid as it has never been told before. Brigid is Sinead McAleavey’s first solo storytelling show – in which she takes a light-hearted approach to untangling the overlapping mythology of the goddess from the legend of the saint – and uncovers a role model for modern times. Classical and traditional flautist Thérese Bann will provide the musical backdrop.
