Never one to be thwarted, Tooter (Thomas) Murnin made a comeback in goals for his beloved Thirds when they entertained Mayobridge at home on Saturday afternoon (4th July 2009) and they were a player short. He is pictured above clearing his lines! The lads all played very well and they achieved their first win of the season with a scoreline of 3-10 to 5-2. Well Done to Tooter, Louis and all the team. Surely that’s a signal to get the shorts and the boots out of the cupboard Tooter!
