A group of young boys under the guidance of Eddie Clancy took part in a 14-team U10 Hurling Blitz in Warrenpoint on Saturday 29th September. The youngsters played six games in all, winning 4, drawing 1 and only losing the one – enough to secure the top spot on the day – Ben Magee scoring the winning goal in the final game. The boys received beautiful medals. Every one of the boys played exceptionally well but a special mention to Jamie McDonald, Aaron Norris and Senan Gribben for their massive contributions and to the great progress they have made during the season.
