Clonduff U16 Boys played Ballyholland on Saturday afternoon 21st September in a top of the table championship group stage encounter. All was to play for with the winner earning home advantage for quarter-final knockout stages.
Clonduff trailed by 7 points at halftime, but the boys worked hard to claw the deficit back and go two points in front. Ballyholland showed good composure and managed to get themselves back into the game and lead by a single point moving into the home straight. However, it was now Clonduffs’ turn to show composure, and the boys slotted over the last 3 points of the match to win by 2.

The boys will play the quarter final on Saturday, 28 Sept, at home to RGU Downpatrick.
