The U10 hurlers travelled to St Paul’s in Belfast on Sunday 11th August to take part in a festival of hurling in conjunction with Feile An Phobail 2024. The hurling prayer was read at the start of the day, followed by the National Anthem
The boys then played matches against Sarsfields, Gortnamona, St Galls, Eoghan Rua, St John’s and St Paul’s.
They played some outstanding hurling and their fight and spirit had to be commended – other clubs were very complementary of our boys with their skills and attitude towards the game. Parents you should be very proud!
Every child received a medal and boys you should be very proud of what you achieved today! Well done!
