Congratulations to the players and management team of the Down Senior Footballers for their magnificent display v Donegal in Pairc Esler on Sunday 23rd April 2023. There are five Clonduff players on the panel Ross Carr (jnr), Paddy Branagan, Eamon Brown, Tom Close and the injured Barry O’Hagan. Final Score Down 2-13 Donegal 1-11. Down now play Armagh in the Ulster Semi Final on Sunday 30th April @4pm in St Tiernach’s Park, Clones.
Well done to Oisin McConville (St Patrick’s PS) and Senan Power (St Paul’s PS), both members of the Clonduff U11.5 team, who played in the Cumann na mBunscol An Dúin half time games on Sunday in Pairc Esler. The boys thoroughly enjoyed the occasion and Oisin’s dad Plunkett was the Stadium Announcer. Amhrán na bhFiann was sung by Clonduff Scór competitor Vivienne Mulcahy.
