On Tuesday evening 8th November Marie Grant and Charlene Sloan (U16 LGFA management) along with two of their goalkeepers Rosie McCoy and Alanna Fitzpatrick went along to a Goalkeeping workshop with Anna Carr, Armagh County goalkeeper, which was held in Pearse Óg GAC Armagh.They found the workshop so beneficial going forward for the upcoming year, Anna was a wealth of knowledge and outlined how important these workshops are for our goalkeepers and coaches, demonstrating many different activities that can be implemented into training sessions to help improve ball handling, footwork and diving.
