Many congratulations to Clonduff Senior Referee Ciarán Branagan (pictured with South Down Board member Sean Broderick) who, in recognition of his refereeing of the All Ireland Minor Football Final in September 2016 in Croke Park has been the recipient of four awards within eight days – on Friday 18th November he was honoured by East Down Board; on Thursday 24th November Club Down honoured him at their Annual Awards in Canal Court; the next night Friday 25th November the South Down Board honoured him at their Annual Awards in Atticall GAA Club; then on Saturday night he was the recipient of the Ulster GAA President’s Referee’s Award. Well done Cíarán! Maybe the really big one in 2017!
